Known hepatitis C infection. US demonstrates focal lesion in the right lobe of the liver.

Age: 65 years

Right hepatic lobe focal lesion follows the criteria of hepatic hemangioma. It shows peripheral nodular wash in of contrast on the arterial phase that continues during the venous phase, the lesion is completely filled with contrast on delayed phase. It measures 31 x 29 mm.
