Patient was riding a motorbike and collided with a car. He reported excruciating pain in his arm and following the injury was unable to move his arm.

On the frontal radiograph, a fracture with of the distal third of the shaft of the radius associated with overriding. There is associated dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint.
On the lateral radiograph, the fracture and dorsal dislocation is seen more pronounced, and a volar angulation of the distal radius fracture is noted.
