Remnant gastric pouch after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy appears as a long tubular pouch with a relative widening of the distal end of the pouch that represents the preserved gastric antrum. 

Case Discussion

Gastric sleeve operation is a modern bariatric surgery, where about 75 % of the stomach is removed. It is irreversible.
