Presentation

Abnormal color appearing in the right pupil with inadequate response to light noted by the mother.

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male

The optic head of the right globe is deficient in keeping with a coloboma. Normal left globe.

Optic head coloboma is a deficiency of the optic disc with the outpouching filled by vitreous.
