Evidence of Paget disease of the bone in the right proximal femur and left hemipelvis.
Transverse right femoral subtrochanteric fracture with varus angulation.
Undisplaced transverse fractures of the left inferior pubic ramus anteriorly and posteriorly. There are some signs of bony healing suggesting these fractures of subacute.
