Knee pain after trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Bucket handle tear of the posterior horn medial meniscus flips towards the center of the joint so that the displaced fragment comes to lie anteroinferior to the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) mimicking a second smaller PCL (double PCL sign).

Mild joint effusion.
