Incidental finding of fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of the intrahepatic right main portal vein (immediately after the bifurcation). The left and extrahepatic portal veins are normal in calibre. The aneurysm does not compress the surrounding structures. No features to suggest portal vein thrombosis, portal hypertension, liver cirrhosis, splenomegaly, pancreatic mass or pancreatitis.
