A complex solid mass lesion arises from the head of the pancreas in the pancreaticoduodenal groove with small cystic changes. It measures 6 x 7 cm in axial dimensions. Mild enhancement of the solid component. No vascular contacts (venous or arterial). No surrounding organ infiltrations. No biliary or pancreatic ductal dilatations. Normal body and tail of the pancreas.
Normal size, shape, and MRI signal of the liver; with no focal lesions detected, apart from multiple tiny simple cysts, around 5 mm each, showing water-like signal with no enhancement or diffusion restriction.
