Pancreatic lipoma is a benign tumor of the pancreas consisting of fat tissues. These are typically asymptomatic and detected on radiological exams undertaken for some other health condition. Generally, no treatment is required unless mass effect causes symptoms.

Differentials would include pancreatic lipomatosis (which is more diffuse), or in rarer cases a dermoid or liposarcoma (although these can have calcification and partial enhancement).
