Tunneled Port-a-Cath tip with azygos vein termination

Tunneled left internal jugular Port-a-Cath demonstrated with the catheter tip at the level of the SVC, 0.5 cm above the level of the carina.
Heart is borderline-enlarged. Central mediastinal structures are otherwise unremarkable.
Minimal right perihilar and left lingular subsegmental atelectasis demonstrated without acute cardiopulmonary disease, pneumothorax or pleural fluid.
Impression: uncomplicated tunneled catheter placement.
