Gallstones with rising gamma glutyl transferase.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female

Moderate intrahepatic biliary radicle dilatation with a dilated common hepatic duct and common bile duct. multiple stones are seen in left hepatic duct, common hepatic duct, and common bile duct as well as within gallbladder. The calcified stones average 300 - 400 HU while the poorly calcified range below 140 HU.
