A solitary iso to hyperechogenic lesion in the right liver lobe, around 4 cm, with a partially calcified wall and posterior shadowing.
Case Discussion
Patient with a stationary liver lesion for years and known past echinococcus infestation.
The abdominal ultrasound is otherwise unremarkable.
