Relatively increased density seen of the left calcaneal apophysis with small fragment at its superior aspect.
Case Discussion
Sever disease is a non-articular osteochondrosis of the calcaneal apophysis. Sever disease is analogous to Osgood-Schlatter disease of the knee and little league elbow syndrome.
