A well defined, midline, hypodense lesion, measuring 2 cm diameter, in the region of quadrigeminal plate cistern. The lesion has a CT value of (-139 HU) indicating fat component. There was evidence of obstructive hydrocephalus.

Features are typical of an intracranial lipoma at the quadrigeminal cistern with obstructive hydrocephalus.
