Chronic cough but otherwise well.

Right upper lobe consolidation with central cavitation. Surrounding extensive ground glass opacity. Superior right hilar lymphadenopathy.

The imaging features in themselves are non-specific with both malignancy and infection possible culprits - the key is to correlate the imaging findings with the clinical information.
