The gallbladder appears normal in size with thin wall, no gallstones seen. Its cystic duct is well-visualised.
Above the gallbladder there is another small rounded cystic structure containing sludge (hypointense on T2), communicating with the adjacent common hepatic duct through another separate cystic duct, well-visualised on cholangio-3D-MRCP.
