Regression of the right-sided consolidation and hilar enlargement (see comparison image). Bronchovascular markings still moderately increased.
Case Discussion
Typical presentation of right middle lobe pneumonia and diffuse bronchitis in children, with consequent enlargement of the hila due to lymphadenopathy. The pneumonia was successfully treated using broad spectrum antibiotics.
