Case Discussion

Pathology-proven metastasis to the right ovary highlights the importance of careful inspection of the ovaries when staging and restaging malignancy. The degree of irregular separations and soft tissue enhancement favors metastasis or synchronous ovarian malignant tumor over a benign cyst.
