No dislocation. Chronic Hill-Sachs deformity at the humeral head. There are corticated osteochondral fragments present at inferior axillary pouch. A cortical irregularity at the inferior glenoid margin is chronic.
Case Discussion
Imaging patients on cervical spine precautions are not simple, a sound knowledge of different radiographic techniques is essential to produce diagnostic images in unfavorable scenarios. The inferior-superior axial projection is a viable option for the immobilized supine patient.
