Adult male patient presented with mild abdominal discomfort.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

A midline well-defined prostatic cyst is seen showing small cleft connecting it to prostatic urethra. The cyst showing thin wall and clear contents (non complicated cyst).

This was an incidental finding during a routine abdominal ultrasound.
