Right hippocampal volume loss compared to left, with abnormal T2/FLAIR hyperintense signal.

Findings suggestive of right-sided mesial temporal sclerosis 

Case Discussion

Hippocampal atrophy with volume loss and abnormal T2 and FLAIR hiperintensity is a diagnostic clue of mesial temporal sclerosis.

It is important to perform MR with epilepsy protocol for epilepsy screening patients.
