Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A sclerotic bony fragment surrounded by lucent rim (sequestrum) is seen in the distal femoral diaphysis with posterior cortical defect (cloaca) and marked thickening of adjacent cortex (involucrum).
