Presentation

Operated for right submandibular salivary gland adenocarcinoma. Now recurrence in the oral cavity floor.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Chest x-ray demonstrates widespread pulmonary nodules.

Case Discussion

Findings are most probably consistent with metastatic disease.
