The clinically visible and palpable lumps in both submandibular regions are due to herniation of bilateral sublingual gland through the defect in the bilateral mylohyoid muscles. They appear with swallowing and tongue movements. Both bulges are reducible. The herniation is more prominent on the right side. Both sublingual glands show normal echo pattern. There is no lymphadenopathy. Bilateral submandibular glands are normal.
