Selected coronal and axial T2 images show:

  • extended fetal head position, with the posterior part of the fetal brain is over the cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae, consistent with iniencephaly 
  • multiple fluid-filled structures are noted at both sides of the thorax, suggestive of congenital diaphragmatic hernia
