Presentation

Palpable mass at the dorsal aspect of the left wrist.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
mri

Multiloculated ganglion cyst measuring about 12*18 mm is present at the dorsal aspect of the wrist arising from the intercarpal joint and upward courses between the second and fourth extensor compartments.

There is also another 3*9 mm small synovial cyst at the volar aspect of the radiocarpal joint and ulnar side medial to common flexor tendons.

Intraosseous degenerative cyst also is seen at the lunate bone.
