Elbow joint effusion and capsular distension.
Coronoid process fracture is seen associated with bone marrow edema/bruise at the olecranon. Bone marrow edema/bruise also is seen at the radial head and trochlea.
Focal nodular enlargement and increased signal intensity of the ulnar nerve at the level of the cubital tunnel on the PD fs sequence. Subcutaneous edematous changes are noted at the medial aspect of the elbow joint, superficial to the ulnar nerve.
