Presentation

Neck pain radiating to both upper limbs

Patient Data

Age: 55 years

Cervical lateral radiograph shows continuous florid ossification along the anterior longitudinal ligament.

Case Discussion

Continuous florid ossification along anterior longitudinal ligament consistent with diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. Sacroiliac joints were unremarkable, making ankylosing spondylitis unlikely.
