Lucent lesion with cortical thinning centered on the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis.

Lytic lesion with cortical thinning centered on the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis.

T1 low signal, heterogeneous T2 high signal lesion with cortical thinning centered on the medial aspect of the distal femoral metaphysis. Associated periosteal reaction. Physis appears intact.
