Esophageal intubation

The endotracheal tube is seen projecting on the left aspect of the neck, outside the tracheal air column with associated gaseous distention of the stomach. It also is aligned with a nasogastric tube whose tip in satisfactory position, projecting over the stomach.
There are hypoventilatory changes in the lungs.
