Left femur diaphyseal and metaphyseal medullary lesion with thickened cortex.

ct

Left femoral intramedullary lytic lesion with irregular cortical erosions.

mri

MRI of thigh shows left femoral diaphyseal intramedullary lesion extending to lower femoral metaphysis with high signal intensity on STIR and postcontrast enhancement. It shows related cortical interruptions with subperiosteal extension.

Nuclear medicine

The lesion shows increased radiotracer activity on bone scan and high activity on PET-CT.
