Bilateral accessory iliac horns arising from the posterior aspect of the iliac bones, pathognomonic for nail-patella syndrome, also known as Fong syndrome.
Case Discussion
Radiographic finding charachteristic of nail-patella syndrome. Other characteristic features are fingernail dysplasia, hypoplastic or absent patellas, and radial head dislocation.
