Transverse displaced fracture of the middle phalangeal neck of the little finger. There is ulnar and dorsal displacement with minor rotation.
Case Discussion
This is just one of the outcomes of a finger being trapped in a door. Often, they will result in a buckle fracture and sometimes a tuft fracture.
