Case Discussion
Multicystic dysplastic kidney is a pediatric cystic renal disease, and is most commonly an incidental finding on antenatal ultrasound. This case confirms the presence of unilateral multicystic dysplastic kidney (MCDK), which was suspected on antenatal scans.
