Adamantinoma

Proximal cortical thickening of the anterior cortex of the tibia. Centrally, within the area of cortical expansion, there are multiple lucent lesions. No periosteal reaction or soft-tissue mass.

Adamantinoma in an asymptomatic individual who presented following trauma. The diagnosis was confirmed with biopsy.
