Bowel gas distribution is unremarkable. There is paucity of bowel gas in the left lower quadrant. There is a nonspecific calcific density projecting over the left sacroiliac joint.

Left ovarian complex mass lesion, with predominate cystic composition and a nodule containing fat and calcific focus, suggestive of mature cystic teratoma of the ovary.
