A target sign (axial) and pseudokidney sign (longitudinal) appearance of the bowel are suggestive of an intussusception.

Contrast enema confirmed the diagnosis of intussusception and followed by successful barium reduction.
Case Discussion
US abdomen was performed and demonstrated a target sign which suggest the presence of intussusception. Contrast enema confirmed the diagnosis and successfully reduced the intussusception.
