Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

The middle and lower esophageal segments appear dilated by virtue of intraluminal irregular soft tissue lesion, with proximal upper esophageal dilatation showing air-fluid level. 

Irregular esophageal mucosa with multiple irregular intra-luminal filling defects seen involving its middle and lower portions, mild dilatation of the upper esophagus is noted.
