Post-traumatic changes with pubic diastasis, approximately 50 millimeters, associated with enlargement of the joint spaces of the sacroiliac and triradiated cartilage.
Case Discussion
After a traumatic event, even after orthopedic treatment with external fixation, the patient evolved with chronic musculoskeletal changes resulting from the fracture, presenting a shortening of the right lower limb.
