A 30mm mass with well-defined margin and internal fat density, is present at right adrenal gland.
An 8mm stone (433HU) is noted at right kidney. A 6mm stone (395HU) is also present at left kidney. The urinary drainage tract is unobstructed.
Case Discussion
Right adrenal fat containing mass; most likely compatible with adrenal myelolipoma, which is rare, benign and usually asymptomatic tumor of the adrenal gland characterized by the predominance of mature adipocytes.
