ventricular septal defect (VSD)
- may be multiple in ~ 5% of cases
- right ventricular outlfow tract obstruction due to:
- infundibular stenosis, or
- hypoplastic pulmonary valve annulus, or
- bicuspid pulmonary valve, and / or
- hypoplasia of pulmonary artery
- over riding aorta
- right ventricular hypertrophy
