Known patient with breast cancer

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Diffuse mixed osteolytic and sclerotic bone infiltrations are noted at the shown images, seen involving the pelvis, visualized upper femora, ribs, both clavicles and humerui. The left humerus lower shaft is completely destructed by osteolytic process.

Multiple pathological fractures are noted at:

  • the right femoral neck managed with intramedullary nail and screws
  • the left femoral shaft with angulation
