Progressive shortness of breath. Known rheumatoid arthritis.

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates a medium reticular process representing honeycombing with a predominant peripheral distribution of the disease.

CT lung demonstrate changes of advanced rheumatoid lung disease which include interstitial fibrotic changes, honeycombing, and traction bronchiectasis with bibasal and peripheral distribution.
