A homogeneous hypoechoic mass lesion at the left rectus abdominis muscle.

Left rectus abdominis mass lesion with mild post-contrast enhancement. Intact rectus sheath.

Left rectus abdominis mass lesion with high signal intensity on T2 and fat-suppressed sequences.
