Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
ct

A 32×25 mm ill defined low enhancing mass is present at the pancreatic head and uncinate process, accompanied by pancreatic duct dilatation. Mild peripancreatic fat stranding and small volume regional lymphadenopathy are also observed. There are no signs of local invasion to adjacent structures and no vascular encasement.

The prostate gland is enlarged.
