A well defined lucent punched out skull lesions at the left frontal and parietal bones.

Multiple cervical, mediastinal, external iliac and inguinal lymph nodes. 

MDP bone scan

Nuclear medicine

Tc-99m-MDP bone scan AP image shows intense focus of radioisotope accumulation within the skull lesion. Incidental normal radioisotope uptake in epiphyseal plates in a skeletally immature patient is seen.
