Gender: Female

Multiple bilateral renal parenchymal fat-containing lesions are noted, some of them are partially exophytic. They show heterogeneous post-contrast enhancement.

Case Discussion

Mulitple small renal angiomyolipomas scattered throughout both kidneys in a patient with known tuberous sclerosis.
