What is the usual clinical presentation of cervical cystic lymphangioma?
Painless slowly progressive soft tissue swelling.
Large and relatively ill-defined cystic multilocular mass-like lesion containing intermediate density fluid within submandibular gland expanded the gland and largely extended within left side sublingual space and prestyloid parapharyngeal space is seen. The lesion has no obvious enhancement and no solid part. Extension of the lesion within the mylohyoid muscle and anterior belly of the digastric muscle is also noted.
