CT shows a infrarenal aorta dilated and elongated aneurysmal appearance. There is a lumen filled with contrast and mural thrombus. No free fluid or intraabdominalintra-abdominal collection is observed.

Note of an incidental hiatus hernia and prostatomegaly.
