Age: 80 years old
Gender: Male

There is a large infrarenal fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm with a contrast-filled fissure through the intramural thrombus.

Case Discussion

This is a case of an abdominal aortic aneurysm with thrombus fissuration in a patient presenting with abdominal pain. Thrombus fissuration is a sign of aneurysm instability and impending rupture.
